Rank One online registration forms are to be completed by PPISD student athletes only. All sports participants - Rank One forms due on or before July 1, 2025.

Pre-Participation Physical Exam: All physicals must be completed on the UIL Official Physical form for 2025-2026 school term. (These can be filled in and printed from this portal, the PPISD athletic website or from the UIL website).

The UIL grace period has ended for the 2024-2025 school term and all students participating in any sport, grades 7-12, during the school year will be required to submit a new Physical Exam for the upcoming year.

* If you completed a physical exam prior to May 1, 2025, a new Sports Physical will be required for the 2025-2026 school year.

* Due Dates: * ALL Sport Participants - Physicals & RankOne forms are due on or before July 1, 2025. ALL cross country runners must have their physicals and RankOne forms completed and submitted to our Head Athletic Trainer - Coach Pitts , by July 1, 2025.

You can upload a PDF copy of your student's Physical through the Physical Upload Form. Note: Picture copies WILL NOT be accepted, the file type must be a PDF. If you are unable to upload the physical file, your student should turn in the copy of the physical to the Athletic Trainer - Coach Pitts, or email a PDF copy only to [email protected].
